1.
Go to the Settings Application and click on the General.

Go to Network.
3.
Click VPN.

Click Add VPN Configuration...

Click PPTP at the top. In the Description field
you can type anything you want, we recommend that you enter Secure-VPN.
In the Server field type the name of a Secure-VPN server.
Click to view the list of servers.
In the Account field type your Secure-VPN username.
In the Password field type your Secure-VPN password.
Encryption Level must be set to Auto.
If you don't have this option, just ignore it. Send All Traffic should be ON.
Save the Configuration and go back.
