1.
Go to Settings on your mobile phone, and select Wireless Controls.

Select VPN settings.
3.
Select Add VPN.
4.
Select Add L2TP/IPsec PSK VPN.

Set a VPN name. You can type anything you want,
we recommend that you name the connection Secure-VPN.
6.
Select Set VPN server. Type the name of a Secure-VPN server.
Click to view the list of servers.
7.
Uncheck Enable L2TP secret. Then select Set IPSec pre-shared key.
8.
Enter Secure-VPN and tap on OK
9.
Press menu button on the phone and select Save.
Now you should see Secure-VPN connection in the list. Tap on it.
